Payment

Payments MUST be made IN FULL ; BEFORE ; I start your commission

Payments are made via PAYPAL only at the moment (USD)

Payment plans can be available if purchase is more than $150

I WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS ONCE I BEGIN WORK

If you have a specific deadline, meaning you need bumped up; Please inform me, it may cost a bit extra

I do get busy some days and I TRY to get back in a timely manner, please be patient with me

Please have a clear ref to show me or a very detailed want with examples.

You can always ask me for W.I.P just please not every 2 hours.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY COMMISSION for ANY reason

Once pieces are done a watermarked version will be posted to Furaffinity, Discord, Twitter and Instagram.

You will receive a NON watermarked imaged once it is complete

Artwork

You may not EDIT the image specifically, you can however make ANY changes to the adopt/character.

If it is my adopt you are editting please still credit me for original design

Any artwork from me can be used for any personal use.

YOU MAY NOT use the ART/OC's you commissioned from me as commercial usage without a talk before hand

YOU MAY NOT claim my artwork as yours, you can claim the character IF you own the character but not the art specifically
Designs
-
You MAY NOT resell characters for more than what you paid. (Unless you’ve purchased extra art)

You can make SMALL/Minor changes to my designs, but it still must be recognizable and credited to me as original designer
-
You may not openly copy my designs, NO SISTERS/PARENTS/SIBLINGS unless I SPECIFICALLY make them
-
You may not claim the design as yours, you must credit I am the original designer for your adopt/character

Regarding holds and payment plans
I require a certain amount UPFRONT, which is NON REFUNDABLE.
(discussed upon us)
So please only ask for a hold if you are 100% certainas I will NOT refund you if you decide to not go through with it

I also may do adopts inbetween orders so please dont be offended if I do an adopt or 2 between my orders.
IF I START YOUR ORDER ALREADY I WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND, I ALSO GIVE A NO REFUND POLICY UNLESS YOU HAVE WAITED LONGER THAN A MONTH WITH NO PROGRESS TO YOUR ORDER
Under certain situations will I refund and it be based off:
Sketch done - 85% refund
Outline done - 50% refund
Flat colored - 25% refund

I do not mind a few how are things doing and little WIPs and checks up! That is fine just please PLEASE please NOT everyday or every other day
